The PUG UK & Ireland User Group depends on the support and dedication of its committee members. If you are part of the Progress community, already a member of the User Group, and would like to become more active and involved in the running of the User Group, then please consider joining the committee.

The committee communicates mostly by Teams/email. Face to face meetings are kept to a minimum and normally arranged to coincide with events to minimise impact of travel and time out of the office. Like any organisation, there are various roles to be played plus other committee members, who do not have a specific role, give their support by way of their opinions and experiences. 

There is a permanent Administrative office providing the Secretarial role and supporting the committee members reducing their administrative workload and allowing them to brainstorm their ideas. The only qualifications you need to be part of the Committee are your experience in the Progress marketplace and your enthusiasm to make the User Group the communication tool of choice within it.
