Parking
Car parking within the hotel is subject to availability and charged at the following rates for conference guests only:
- £9 per car per day. Parking tickets are not issued. Parking is paid for at the Business Centre Reception (Level 1) where car registration details are given.
- £15 per car per overnight. Parking tickets are not issued. Parking is paid for at the Hotel Reception (Level 3) where car registration details are given.
Accomodation
We have a small number of hotel rooms reserved at the Radisson for the event which will be available until 16th June which is nearly £100 cheaper than the standard rate.
After booking the conference a ‘Promotional Code’ will be sent to you then head over to the hotel website and enter dates, occupancy, ‘Promotional code’ and click “CHECK AVAILABILITY”.
The room rate is £169 including VAT and breakfast, on their website it may show as Euros first, but you can choose GBP.
